Why Quickhome Exists
Great photos rent and sell homes, but getting them is slow and expensive. Every listing means scheduling a photographer, waiting on edits, and paying per shoot. At portfolio scale, that becomes weeks of coordination and real vacancy cost.
Quickhome exists to remove that bottleneck. Our AI turns everyday property photos, from tenant snapshots and phone pictures to existing listing images, into polished, professional photography in minutes instead of days.
Quickhome was founded by Patrick Engdahl and Corey Feduck, combining a decade of real estate media operations at Zillow with a decade of production computer vision and machine learning. Together they built Quickhome to help property owners, operators, and agents market homes more efficiently, bridging the gap between technology and practical real estate needs.

Corey Feduck
Co-Founder
Corey is the builder and co-founder of Quickhome, bringing over a decade of experience in geospatial AI/ML and a track record of building profitable, scalable tech businesses. As Director of Business Development at Ceres AI, he drove $2M+ in new revenue, and previously led a 45-person ML operations team that automated computer vision pipelines for satellite imagery, reducing costs by $5M while doubling processing capacity. A repeat founder who built and sold a profitable SaaS startup, Corey founded Corvis Aerial where he developed proprietary deep learning algorithms for UAV-based analytics. At Quickhome, he combines deep technical expertise in computer vision and machine learning with proven business execution to deliver AI-powered real estate solutions that provide immediate customer value.
Patrick Engdahl
Co-Founder
Patrick is a real estate technology executive with over a decade of experience at the intersection of property operations, media, and artificial intelligence. As Sr. Director of Product & Operations at Zillow, he led acquisitions and scaled the media division from $8M to $22M in annual revenue while building a national network of over 280 photographers. Before Zillow, he was VP of Operations at PeerStreet managing a $1B lending business, and spent six years at Amazon building supply chain technologies that delivered over $360M in annual savings and earned two patents. As Co-Founder of Quickhome, Patrick combines his expertise in AI, product development, and real estate operations to help property owners market homes faster and more efficiently using technology that turns ordinary photos into professional, rent-ready imagery.
